Because no one should build change alone
Too many changemakers work in uncertainty and isolation, full of ideas but without the systems, allies, or tools to make them last. We exist to change that.
Because we have something real to share
Our roots are in Central Asia and Eastern Europe. We know what it means to live under an authoritarian regime, to rebuild from scratch in exile, and to do all of that as women. That is not theory. That is the lived experience we put to work every day.
Because access to resources should not be a privilege
Every changemaker deserves access to tools, knowledge, funding networks, and honest guidance on how fundraising actually works, so their voices, stories, and solutions can shape the future of their communities.

All Spoko HUB programmes, cohorts, and community events are non-profit. We practice what we preach: building a sustainable community-driven organisation. For each programme, we suggest a donation amount. Your contributions help us keep Spoko HUB running.

Spoko HUB serves NGO leaders, activists, journalists, cultural and media professionals, eco-leaders, social entrepreneurs, independent media makers, artists, theatre directors, museum curators, human rights defenders, anti-corruption analysts, and technologists working across Central and Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia, and beyond.
Most of all, we serve those whose migration stories and uncertain circumstances make sustainable changemaking harder, and who need a community to grow stronger together.

Join our free Newsletter or Telegram channel “Спокойно, Маша, я Олеся.” It features weekly curated grant roundups with specific eligibility criteria, deadlines, and budget ranges for NGOs, civic initiatives, and cultural projects in our region.

An online co-working programme for changemakers. Not a course. A structured space where you work on your own tasks (grant applications, donor research, strategy) with peer accountability. 2 sessions per week, 100 minutes each, 8 weeks per cohort.

The newsletter and the Telegram channel with curated grant resources are free. In 2025–2026, we are running programmes, and participants contribute through donations. All Spoko HUB programmes are non-profit.
By the end of 2026, we are planning to introduce tiered membership plans, allowing changemakers to access all or selected Spoko HUB activities.

Floating EKA is a migrant- and women-led foundation registered in Poland in 2020. It runs Spoko HUB and other programmes supporting changemakers from Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Caucasus.

Our community spans 25 countries, including Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Germany and others. We work with changemakers regardless of their current country of residence.

Our Telegram channel and community communication are primarily in Russian. The website is in English. Consulting is available in English, Russian, and Polish.

We partner with larger foundations to support their grantees. The foundation covers our consulting fees, and we provide pro bono fundraising consulting and mentoring to their grant recipients.

Yes. With the support of Erasmus+ funding and in collaboration with our partners, we host fundraising webinars, seminars, and educational programmes, online and in-person.
